Simpler version -
In your Post Editor, under the main text box there is a box called ‘Upload Files’, which is under boxes named Tags and Tag Suggestions (please ignore those 2 for now).
1) Click ‘Browse’
2) Find the image/file you want on your computer
3) Give it a Title and Description
4) Click ‘Upload’
5) Click on the ‘Browse’ or ‘Browse All’ Tab (next to ‘Upload’) ; you should be able to see your file and drag it into the main box of your Post Editor.
