Position: PROGRAMME OFFICER (Research & Publications)
The Programme Officer will assist the research and publications projects and activities undertaken by SIS. The responsibilities include:
a.. To assist SIS and the research teams in carrying out their research projects and related activities including meetings, trainings and workshops
b.. To assist in the production of SIS publications (books, booklets, bulletin, annual report and others) and their effective distribution, sales and promotion
c.. To coordinate inventory work of SIS publications
Requirements:
a.. Minimum two years experience in research and or publications. Those without degrees but with significant experience in both or either areas are encouraged to apply
b.. Fluency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
c.. Commitment to human rights and gender equality
