How long do you reckon you will have to wait for a reply, recommend a gentle reminder goes out to him on this issue? What remidial measures will be taken to ensure that this does not reoccur - ie demolition of places of worship of other resligions. Also understand that there was a court order to prevent the demolition, yet the demolition of the temple was done, without due respect to judicial process. Also that the mayor was informed of this, what did he do to protect this temple? Isn't it time for our leaders to actually take action against those intolerant towards other religions, instead of screaming that bloggers are the cause of spreading religious hatred. Let us say here, that bloggers have no vested interest, neither are we in the business to garner votes on such issues. We work alongside other races and live amiably with them. So now it is the case of who is the cause of intolerance amonst other religions, another question, what action was taken against those who were responsible for this atrocity? To the erstwhile MIC leadership, what proactive measures have you taken to resolve this issue and to reassure the hindu community that their places of worship will be protected.
