Something need to be done. The sooner the better. I personally think that Malaysian citizens itself is contributing to this problem too. We are too picky when it comes to job. There is a terrifying mindset that for certain type of job, it is not something that can be done by our Malaysian. It is too low standard and is worthy to be done by people from other lower ranking country.
